Industries Banking / Finance & Investment

1.Ensure proper implementation of the department’s operation policies, procedures and guidelines.
2.Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete, accurate and in accordance with organisational policy and regularly update credit and loan files.
3.Verify loan disbursement and payment schedules.
4.Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers’ needs.
5.Verify that each new account requiring special attachments or documents has been correctly completed.
6.Verify that all new customers are properly identified according to the organisation’s customer identification program.
7.Verify that all requisite documents have been received and correctly reflect on the system; return incomplete or erroneous documents to Customer Service Agents for correction.
8.Prepare monthly statistical reports (e.g., Closed Account tracking).
9.Analyse and research items on un-posted and settlement accounts for resolution.
10.Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs and organisational standards.
11.Serve as the first point of escalation for all issues, questions and/or concerns related to credit account administration.
12.Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements including those related to KYC, AML, CFT and fraud prevention.
13.Process difficult or sensitive transactions.
14.Review requests escalated by Administrator, Loan Processing and authorise or engage relevant stakeholders to address.
15.Oversee workflow planning in order to meet deadlines according to policies and procedures.
16.Prepare monthly/quarterly account performance reports.
17.Keep informed on all changes to products and services, rules and regulations to ensure accurate processing of documents and perform accurate quality assurance checks

Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or related area
Three (3) years’ experience in banking operations.
