Business Center Manager

The Precision Recruitment International (PRI) is hiring a Business Center Manager.

Duties

• Lead daily employee activities and plan meetings to ensure understanding of operational updates and daily goals;
• Participate in the development of and responsible for administering company safety strategies and programs;
• Assign and manage employees to minimize operational cost through effective resource utilisation;
• Analyse operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports and collaboration with others to determine opportunities for improvement of key metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics or related;
• 5+ years of experience working with Invoicing, Posting of purchases; Cash issuance;
• Excellent knowledge working with PHC, Primavera or similar;
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
